He has delivered on both occasions well and is a very pleasant person to chat to overall. We are writing this to let anyone who needs escrow services know that he is a trusted escrow provider and delivered on releasing escrow to the seller and to us, the former being a 1000 GBP in Bitcoin transaction.

WARNING: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND MONEY TO ANY ESCROW PROVIDER USING A FORWARDED MESSAGE, OFTEN SENT BY NEWBIE BITCOINTALK ACCOUNTS. THIS IS A COMMON SCAM METHOD, WHICH HAS EVEN BEEN ATTEMPTED ON YOUR WRITER HERE. THEY WILL OFTEN LINK YOU TO A FAKE BITCOINTALK SITE VIA HYPERLINK TO YOUR ESCROW PROVIDERS TOPIC, CHANGING THE ADDRESS TO SEND TO.
Someone who got caught out by this scam had their transaction not confirm due to too low a fee and network spam, and thus were lucky as they were able to double-spend the funds in time, see referenced topic here. This is probably one of few cases where a double-spend was used for a legit reason and left a scammer empty-handed.
